Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of services provided by IRB Property Services Pty Ltd (ABN 64 702 552 743, ACN 702 552 743), trading as IRB Property Services.
Services
IRB Property Services provides residential property services including property turnovers, vacate cleaning, general cleaning, lawn tidies and coordinated specialist services as quoted and agreed. All services are performed to our documented checklist standards.
Important Information
- Pricing is based on the agreed scope, property condition and site access.
- Additional work or significant variations will be quoted and approved before proceeding.
- Safe and reasonable property access must be provided.
- Services are limited to the inclusions outlined in this quote.
Terms & Conditions
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
- All prices are in AUD and include GST where indicated.
- A deposit may be required for larger projects, confirmed before booking.
- Cancellations or rescheduling require 48 hours' notice. Agreed cancellation fees may apply.
- Recurring services are subject to any minimum term specified in the quote. Thereafter, services continue until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.
- Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.
Re-Cleans
If a re-clean is required due to items missed from the agreed checklist, we will rectify at no additional charge within 48 hours. Re-cleans for items outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
Photo Evidence
We take before and after photos as part of our standard process. These photos are shared with the relevant property manager or client and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We hold public liability insurance for your protection.
