Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of services provided by IRB Property Services Pty Ltd (ABN 64 702 552 743, ACN 702 552 743), trading as IRB Property Services.

Services

IRB Property Services provides residential property services including property turnovers, vacate cleaning, general cleaning, lawn tidies and coordinated specialist services as quoted and agreed. All services are performed to our documented checklist standards.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on property size, condition, add-ons, and location. Final pricing is confirmed in your accepted quote.

Payment

Payment is required on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed. A 50% deposit may be required for bookings over $500. We accept bank transfer and other methods as specified on your invoice.

Re-Cleans

If a re-clean is required due to items missed from the agreed checklist, we will rectify at no additional charge within 48 hours. Re-cleans for items outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

Photo Evidence

We take before and after photos as part of our standard process. These photos are shared with the relevant property manager or client and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We hold public liability insurance for your protection.
