Photo Evidence & Data Retention

As part of our quality assurance process, we take before and after photographs of properties we clean. These photos are stored securely and are used solely for evidence packs, dispute resolution, and quality control. Photos are retained for a maximum of 90 days after job completion unless otherwise agreed, after which they are permanently deleted.

How We Use Information

Your information is used to: provide quotes and schedule cleaning services, generate invoices and process payments, produce evidence packs for property managers, improve our services, and communicate with you about your jobs.
