Chris Bullock
Founder & Managing Director
Chris founded IRB Property Services with a vision to make property maintenance simpler.
With more than 15 years of experience across technology, service-based businesses, commercial operations and client partnerships, Chris has spent much of his career building and improving businesses, developing teams and creating better experiences for customers.
He is bringing that experience, along with a strong focus on technology, into IRB. From client management and quoting through to scheduling, communication and ongoing property maintenance, IRB is being built to combine great hands-on service with the systems and professionalism of a modern service business.
Chris remains actively involved in the business and its clients while building the team, systems and service offering required to grow IRB into a trusted property services business across Brisbane and Moreton Bay.
John Dekker
Co-Founder & Operations Director
John brings extensive experience in operations, service delivery, team leadership and customer-focused businesses to IRB Property Services.
Throughout his career, John has worked across operational and leadership roles where delivering consistently for customers, managing teams and solving problems on the ground have been central to success.
As Co-Founder & Operations Director, John is focused on building the operational capability behind IRB, coordinating service delivery, supporting field teams and contractors, maintaining quality standards and helping develop efficient, repeatable ways of working as the business grows.
Working alongside Chris, John combines practical operational leadership with a strong understanding of people and service. His role is central to ensuring IRB can grow without losing the responsiveness, accountability and quality that clients expect.
John remains actively involved in day-to-day operations while helping build the people, processes and delivery capacity required to establish IRB as a trusted property services business across Brisbane and Moreton Bay.
Sam Stone
Partner & Projects Lead
Sam brings more than a decade of experience across trade, property and service-based roles to IRB Property Services.
With a strong trade background and extensive hands-on experience in field-based services, Sam brings a practical understanding of how property works should be planned, approached and delivered.
As Partner & Projects Lead, Sam supports the delivery of specialist and project-based works, while helping IRB identify new opportunities and continue building its network of trusted trades and specialist service providers.
His practical experience, industry relationships and problem-solving approach add further capability to IRB as the business takes on increasingly diverse property maintenance and reset projects.
Working alongside Chris and John, Sam is helping expand IRB’s project capabilities, trade network and range of services across Brisbane and Moreton Bay.
