Standard Reset Inclusions
Every Airbnb reset includes the following as standard. Additional services can be added based on your property and guest requirements.
- Entry and arrival area presented neatly
- Living areas dusted, reset and presentation checked
- Kitchen cleaned and sanitised including appliances, benchtops, and sink
- Bathrooms cleaned and sanitised including shower, toilet, vanity, and mirrors
- Bedrooms reset with beds made and surfaces wiped
- Floors vacuumed and/or mopped throughout
- Bins emptied and liners replaced
- Final reset check including lights, fans, doors, and windows
- Optional host preferences such as consumables check and restocking notes
