Job Summary A full Standard Reset was completed and quality-control approved to IRB standard, covering the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and hallways, internal and accessible external windows, and the patio and exterior areas. Spot wall cleaning was carried out throughout the property, and every section was photo-documented before and after with a final walkthrough to confirm the property was presentation-ready. Value-Added Items Major weeding was completed across the property, with weedkiller applied to remaining growth for ongoing treatment. Property Observations The main bedroom ensuite shower screen showed a noticeable improvement; however, heavy calcium build-up could not be fully removed.
