Job Summary
Pressure washing was completed over two days. The driveway and surrounding pathways were cleaned on Day 1, with the patio, pool area, roof cleaning and remaining external surfaces completed on Day 2. Total labour time was approximately 7 hours across both days. A secondary treatment and cleaning pass was undertaken on the driveway during Day 2 to further address areas of deeper embedded staining and improve overall consistency of the finish. Overall, mould, algae and surface contamination were removed exceptionally well. While some deeper staining and discolouration may remain in isolated areas, the evidence photos demonstrate that the vast majority of biological growth and surface staining was successfully lifted, resulting in a significant improvement to the property's presentation. Additional works completed included mowing the front lawn between rain events and placing the green waste bins out for collection at the client's request.

Includes removal and repositioning of outdoor furniture and potted plants as required, application of treatment to affected surfaces, pressure cleaning of patio flooring, cleaning of patio roof/ceiling surfaces, wash down of surrounding walls and external windows within the patio area, and final presentation clean with all movable items returned to their original positions.
