Job Summary

Property Zest was preparing this Everton Park home for sale as part of a full renovation project. IRB handled the landscaping and exterior reset, bringing the outdoor areas into line with the home's renovation and preparing them for sale presentation. The exterior works included site preparation and ground levelling, installation of approximately 220m² of Sir Walter Buffalo turf, decorative river-stone zones and landscape edging along both sides of the home, front garden bed preparation and planting, and a rear tree-line edging and mulch zone. The before-and-after photos document IRB's exterior work as part of the wider renovation.

Site Preparation & Turf Base Works
Initial site preparation including mow/slash of overgrown areas, surface weed removal, green waste management, coordination of kanga operator for rough ground preparation and levelling, supply and spread of under turf soil blend across approximately 220m², manual hand levelling and grading, and preparation of all turf areas ready for installation.
Supply & Installation
Sir Walter Buffalo Turf: Supply and installation of approximately 220m² of turf including delivery, laying, trimming, rolling, initial watering, and final presentation checks. Turf selected for durability, drought tolerance, and suitability to family residential use.
Side of House Rock Zone & Edging
Supply and installation of decorative river stone to noth left and right side sections of the property, including weatherproof landscape edging/divider between turf. Includes weed mat preparation, minor ground levelling, edging installation, stone supply, spread, and final detailing.
Front Garden Bed Preparation & Planting
Preparation and cleanup of front feature garden beds including weed removal, soil conditioning, planting of drought-tolerant feature plants including Gazania, Sedum, Lomandra, Dianella or equivalent, mulch installation, and final detailing.
Back of Yard/Rear Tree Edging and Mulch Zone
Preparation and presentation upgrade to rear tree line area including selective cleanup, mulch installation, shaping of garden zone around existing trees,.
