Job Summary A scheduled grounds and presentation maintenance visit covering general common-area cleaning, lawn and exterior tidy, and hedge trimming. Bin areas were scrubbed and disinfected, the council strip mowed and trimmed, gardens weeded, driveways and paths blown down, and the front hedges fully trimmed and shaped. All works were completed to checklist with before and after photo evidence and a final walkthrough to confirm the property was presentation-ready.
