Job Summary
A two-day garden and exterior refresh at a Carina home. Works included removal of remaining Lomandra plants and roots, garden-bed preparation, additional Sedum planting and fresh mulch. The front grass setback was reshaped and finished with treated-pine edging, weed mat and matching river rock. The new timber edging was painted in client-supplied Jasper paint. The driveway, exposed aggregate footpath and surrounding hard surfaces were pressure cleaned, followed by waste removal, final clean-up and a documented walkthrough.

3/3Left Garden Bed – Lomandra Removal & Sedum Planting
Remove remaining Lomandra plants from the upper garden bed on the left-hand side of the driveway, including root systems and sufficient surrounding soil. - Remove and dispose of excavated plants and material. - Supply and install fresh garden soil as required. - Supply and plant additional Sedum varieties to match the recently installed plants. - Maintain the existing finished garden-bed level without visible mounding, including additional soil required. - Supply and install fresh mulch across the entire garden bed area, using mulch consistent with the existing garden bed. - Final tidy and clean-up.
Front Grass Setback – Timber Edging & River Rock
Widen existing grass setback where required to provide adequate clearance around posts and allow suitable river-rock coverage. - Excavate and reshape existing lawn/setback edge as required. - Supply and install H4 treated-pine timber edging to match the style of the existing edging at side of house. - Supply and install H4 treated-pine timber stakes and fixings. - Supply and install weed mat beneath new river-rock areas prior to installation. - Supply and install matching river rock (to match rock beside driveway), including around nominated post areas. - Set rock level below the top of the timber edging to contain stone and provide a smooth, unobstructed mowing edge. - Final levelling and clean-up.
Driveway, Aggregate Footpath & Surrounds Pressure Washing
Pressure clean driveway. - Pressure clean exposed aggregate footpath. - Pressure clean brick and stone strip between driveway and footpath. - Treat general organic staining/build-up as required. - Final rinse and clean-down of surrounding areas.
