Job Summary A coordinated full property reset was completed over two days, combining internal cleaning, exterior presentation works and handyman items to prepare the property for leasing. All quoted works were completed and quality assured prior to handover, resulting in a strong presentation uplift both internally and externally. Value-Added Items Vanity cabinet installation and garage lock rectification were added to the scope and completed at no additional cost. The existing kitchen drain hose was reattached and checked for leaks at no additional cost. Property Observations Removal and disposal of the large kitchen cupboard remained outstanding at handover and was scheduled to be managed separately. Garage roller door power supply installation was excluded from scope.

Renew silicone seal between kitchen benchtop and splashback - Repair loose laminate edging to kitchen cabinetry - Secure loose downlight where practical - Mount air conditioning remote holders - Fix garage lock - secure vanity unit in bathroom
