Job Summary
A full property reset completed for Ray White at a Woody Point home, preparing the property for rental handover. The works included a comprehensive bond clean, carpet steam cleaning, rubbish and box removal, yard presentation tidy and pest control treatment. Internal living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, cabinetry, windows and floors were cleaned, while the exterior received mowing, edging, light garden tidying, debris removal and a blow-down of paths and outdoor areas. The photographs document the finished internal and external presentation, including the before-and-after improvement to the front fence. A final property walkthrough records the completed presentation standard.

Full end-of-lease clean throughout the home, including: - Kitchen clean including benchtops, splashbacks, sink, tapware, cooktop, rangehood exterior, oven interior/exterior, dishwasher exterior and accessible cabinetry - Internal cupboards, drawers and shelving wiped out - Bathrooms and toilets fully cleaned and sanitised - Showers, screens, tiles, basins, mirrors and tapware cleaned - Bedrooms and living areas dusted and wiped down - Skirting boards, window sills, door frames, doors, handles, switches and accessible surfaces cleaned - Built-in wardrobes/cupboards wiped internally where empty - Internal windows and glass cleaned - Cobweb removal throughout - Fans, vents and accessible light fittings dusted/wiped - Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout - Stairs cleaned - Laundry cleaned, including sink, cabinetry and surfaces - General spot cleaning of walls where required and where marks can be safely removed - Final presentation clean ready for rental handover
Carpet Steam Cleaning
Hot water extraction cleaning of carpeted areas as inspected, including pre-vacuuming where required, treatment of general marks and extraction clean.
Rubbish / Box Removal
Removal and disposal of approximately 6–10 boxes plus associated loose household/general rubbish as inspected on site, including loading, trailer transport and disposal.
Yard Presentation Tidy
Final exterior presentation tidy, including: - Mow lawn areas - Edge lawn borders - Light hedge and shrub tidy - Remove loose clippings and minor garden debris - Blow down paths, driveway and outdoor areas - Final presentation tidy prior to handover
