Job Summary
One-day workflow: 1. Establish grass setback areas around timber/posts and take progress photos. 2. Clean, sand and prepare nominated timber surfaces. 3. Apply Bondall Monocel In Ground Wood Protector to exposed post bases where accessible. 5. Apply first Jasper coat to prepared timber surfaces. 6. Allow suitable drying time, then apply second Jasper coat. 7. Complete final detail check and touch-ups. 8. Take completion photos and leave remaining protective coating under the house with paint cans. Additional job notes: Approx 3-4L of Jasper paint remaining, 500ml timber coating remaining. Recommend to add decorative rocks to grass setback area. N.B. weeding was completed to garden beds and rock area to the side of driveway.

5/5Surface Preparation & Sanding: Preparation of front retaining/fence timber surfaces including minor grass/vegetation trim-back where required, surface cleaning and light sanding/scuff preparation to prepare existing coated timber surfaces for repainting within nominated boundary line
Timber Post Protection Treatment: Supply and apply Bondall Monocel In Ground Wood Protector to exposed bases of retaining wall posts up to approximately 100mm above ground level where accessible.
Front Fence Timber Repaint – Jasper Finish (Client-supplied paint): Application of two full exterior timber coating coats to prepared timber surfaces, including detail work and finish touch-ups for presentation consistency
Complimentary garden bed follow-up check and assessment including minor weeding, watering and spot paint touch-ups where required - Included
Progress Photo Documentation (grass setbacks, protective coating application, completed works).
