Job Summary The rear timber deck was fully prepared and finished with a premium paint system, and the concrete pathways were pressure washed and chemically treated to remove built-up grime and organic growth. Works were completed within the allocated two-day schedule despite intermittent light showers, with all painted surfaces properly prepared and given sufficient drying time before the brief rain event — no impact to the final coating finish.

Soft wash and chemically treat the timber deck, stairs, handrails and balustrades to remove mould, algae and organic growth. - Lightly sand and prepare the decking area only for painting (including visible decking base - as per client email/photo). This includes ensuring full masking and protection of adjoining areas to ensure no deck paint get on other surfaces. - Apply one full coat of Cabot's Brown Timbercolour Deck & Exterior Paint to the deck floor. Includes final touch-ups and quality inspection. - Apply one full coat of Old School colour paint (client supplied, under the house) to the visible decking base - as per client email/photo
Concrete Pathway Pressure Washing & Chemical Treatment
Chemical treatment and pressure washing of all pathways, steps, adjoining concrete surfaces to remove dirt, mould and organic staining. Includes edge detailing, final rinse and presentation clean.
